中目黒の駒沢通り沿い、インダストリアル感の漂うビルの3Fと5F、リビング・ルームやホワイトキューブ・ルーム、ルーフトップなど多彩な空間から成るJUST ANOTHER SPACE。古びた外観からは思いも及ばない趣のあるそれぞれの部屋、そのほとんどは自分たちの手で改装したという。ここでは撮影や展覧会をはじめ、ワークショップやイベントも開催。また、3Fにあるコワーキング・スペースでは、アイコニックなディレクターやアーティストらがそれぞれの拠点を設けて活動している。さらに、マーケティング／ブランディング／PR業のJust Another Agencyや、オリジナル・ドリンク「Just Mate」「Just Yuzu」の製造／販売を行なうJust Drinks & Co社なども展開し、レンタル・スペースやシェア・オフィスが増加する現在の東京において、既存の枠に収まらないリアルな交流の場として、外国
人コミュニティを中心にクリエイティヴな人々の間で知られる存在となっている。
Just Another Space is an eclectic, one-of-a-kind setup composed of lounges, gallery space, a rooftop, and a variety of other spaces located on the third and fifth floors of an industrial-style building alongside Komazawa-dori in Nakameguro. Each room was remodeled by hand and displays a truly creative level of design one would not expect judging by the aged exterior of the structure. At any given time Just Another Space is as likely to be hosting a photo and movie shoot or exhibition, as it is a workshop or event. The shared workspace on the third floor is also home base for some of Tokyo’s most iconic directors and artists. What’s more, Just Another Space is the HQ of marketing, branding, and PR firm Just Another Agency, as well as Just Drinks & Co., the makers and distributors of the original beverages Just Mate and Just Yuzu.
