In June 2020, however, IE opened a subsidiary company in Serbia, Iervolino Studios, strengthening the production of the web series and consolidating the processing phases for the development of projects. Since 2021 Iervolino Entertainment launched a new business unit thanks to an agreement with Space 11 Corp. Iervolino Entertainment has acquired 100% of Arte Video company in order to expand the range of services offered internationally in the post production area. It also signed an agreement for the acquisition of 100% of the Red Carpet company to expand its range of services offered in the “celebrity management” division and in the video content production. The Company can boast relationships with international partners of primary standing which, in addition to guarantee revenues deriving from the sale of licenses, allow the perpetual exploitation of new and existing IPs for the production of exclusive content and through rights to remakes, sequels and other products derived from the web. The new company name, ILBE spa (Iervolino & Lady Bacardi Entertainment spa) was born to give an International feeling to the entertainment market. A new phase of growth has begun for the company, driven by an ever-increasing focus on foreign markets. The idea, therefore, was to include in the new company name Lady Monika Bacardi, a successful and internationally known female entrepreneur, the company’s largest shareholder and producer of all the projects.
