Position: Field Officer (3 Vacancies)
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Identify and connect with prospective election candidates and community leaders
✅ Conduct constituency and field research
✅ Build local networks and gather on-ground insights
✅ Coordinate with Head Office and submit field reports
✅ Support campaign planning and ex*****on after candidate onboarding
Who Can Apply?
• Graduates from any discipline
• Freshers with strong communication and networking skills are encouraged to apply
• Candidates with experience in political campaigns, business development, field sales, surveys, NGOs, or public outreach will be given preference
Compensation
💼 Freshers: Fixed competitive salary + travel & communication allowances
💼 Experienced Candidates: Salary is negotiable based on experience, network, and relevant expertise.
