AN ACTOR WITH A SMILE THAT LIT UP THE SCREEN

Madan Bob — a name synonymous with laughter, warmth, and unforgettable comic timing. With his unique expressions and effortlessly relatable performances, he brought life to countless Tamil films like Vaaname Ellai, Thevar Magan, Sathi Leelavathi, and many more.

We still remember the sheer joy of directing him for an Aircel commercial years ago — his energy lit up the set, and he had us all in splits!

A true gem of Tamil cinema, he leaves behind a legacy of laughter and love.
You will be terribly missed.

In 2020, doors slammed shut across the world; and when they opened post-pandemic, humanity tentatively stepped across the thresholds with a new-found gratefulness for life and its simple pleasures.

Doors 2023, is a celebration of simple, everyday moments bringing together reality and art in a joyous convergence.

Calendar 2023 is dedicated to The Clark School , Chennai set up in 1970 to “Educate, Train and Rehabilitate the Hearing Impaired, Mentally challenged, Visually impaired and differently abled children in order to enable them to enjoy all the privileges that are available to normal citizens." Iris film along with HAP( Hatsun Agro Products) have created this calendar to support this cause.

The proceeds from these calendars will go to The Clark School and their mission of “Empowerment of children with special needs through educarion.”

Here’s to opening a new door of hope for 2023.

About Calendar 2022 IrisFilm × Hatsun Agro Products Initiative:

Calendar 2022 is dedicated to the cause of destitute children, of which there are approximately 12 million in our country.

Iris film in association with HAP (Hatsun Agro Products) have created this calendar to support the Children's Village, Pampady and their endeavour of helping the affected children by replicating a home environment.

The proceeds from these calendars will go to the Children's Village (https://kccm.in/village/) that works towards building the foundations of a compassionate society.

An Environment of love and peace is the atmosphere that the village offers to the children in its care.
