Theater is equipped with 250 push back seats ,AC, DTS sound system.Amble parking space is available for cars and bikes. Marlen Cinemas fuction like a Mall and allows all viewers to stay in theater between 9 am morning to to 1 am night and are allowed to use its waiting hall , restaurant, cafe and movie

Marlen Cinemas located near Kathipara over bridge just behind Hotel Le Royal Méridien in Guindy which falls to the border of Alandur area.
