A short presentation exploring the importance of using neuroaffirmative language when talking about Autism and neurodivergent children in the early years. The language we use shapes expectations, relationships, professional practice, and ultimately children's experiences of belonging. This video encourages reflection on how small changes in our everyday language can contribute to more respectful, inclusive, and identity-affirming practice.
