三彩堂影像工作室，由周輝一手創立。是導演/監製也是教育工作者，意圖以影片(影像藝術) 引起共嗚；芸芸藝術，藝術云云，善意地影響芸芸眾生。

創作 - 近日以藝術家紀錄片和與藝術有關影片為主。
教育 - 舉辦如「傳藝大使影像工作坊」和多項媒體培訓課程。
傳播 - 創立網上電視「十七天空」頻道，鼓勵青少年創作和分享。

歡迎各界委託各類影片錄像製作。

Frank Chow, known as Film Director/ Producer, is also an educator who intents to use film (media arts) to impress public and influence them in a positive way. Recent work includes: produce documentary on artists and related

films; organize courses and workshops on media arts; and run web TV channel ‘www.Beyond17.tv’ to encourage more production and sharing from younger generation.
