The aim of Watton Community Cinema is to bring the community together through cinema, showing the latest releases at subsidised rates to the general public and raising money for our charity Watton PCC.

On Saturday 22nd July we will be showing LION the BAFTA Award winning film about a five-year-old Indian who boy gets lost on the streets of Calcutta, thousands of kilometres from home. He survives many challenges before being adopted by a couple in Australia. 25 years later, he sets out to find his lost family. Our cafe opens at 6.15pm for refreshments and the film starts a 7.15pm. Tickets are £5 available at the box office before the film.

Our next film is The Light Between Oceans on Saturday 24th June. The cafe opens at 6:15pm and the film starts at 7:15pm
The Light Between Oceans is a 2016 romantic period drama written and directed by Derek Cianfrance and based on the 2012 novel of the same name by M. L. Stedman. Starring Michael Fassbender, Alicia Vikander, Rachel Weisz. The film tells the story of a lighthouse keeper and his wife who rescue and adopt an infant girl adrift at sea. Years later, the couple discovers the child's true parentage and are faced with the moral dilemma of their actions.

Come along to watch Allied, Max Vatan (Brad Pitt) and Marianne Beauséjour (Marion Cotillard) are World War II operatives who never reveal their true identities. After falling in love during a risky mission, they hope to leave all that double-dealing behind them and start new lives. Instead, suspicion and danger envelop their marriage as both husband and wife become pitted against each other in an escalating, potentially lethal test that has global consequences. Our Cafe opens at 2pm and the film starts at 3pm. Tickets available at the box office £5.

A Street Cat Named Bob was well attended on Friday and Saturday about 100 people came along on the two showings of this film.

Watton Community Cinema is showing 'A Street Cat Named Bob' on Friday 24th & Saturday 25th tickets are only £5 available before the film showing. The cafe is open 1.30pm on Friday and 6.15pm Saturday for refreshments.

Watton Community Cinema is showing A Street Cat Named Bob on Friday 24th cafe opens at 1.30pm film starts at 2.30pm and Saturday 25th cafe opens at 6.15pm and the film begins at 7.15pm.
Tickets are £5 from The Village Florist or at the box office before the show.

Our next films at Watton Community Cinema are 'Hunt for the Wilderpeople' on Saturday 18th Feb 2.00pm cafe/doors open - 3.00pm screening. Wew are also showing 'Bridget Jones’s Baby' at 6.15pm cafe/doors open 7.15pm screening. Our cafe is open 1hour before each film showing for refreshments and a chat.

Watton Community Cinema has its first screenings on January 27th 2017. We are kicking off with "Absolutely Fabulous: The Movie" doors open at 1.30pm and the movie starts at 2.30pm.
Then we have an evening show of "I, Daniel Blake". Doors open at 6.15pm with a 7.15 screening of the film.
Tickets can be purchased from The Village Florist in Watton for £5
