University of Portsmouth Cinema Society The Official Facebook group for the University of Portsmouth's Film Society. To put it simply; this society is for people who enjoy watching films.

Every other Tuesday we plan to show a lesser known, or underappreciated, movie in Park building. Those that come will hopefully gain a broader knowledge and deeper understanding of the styles of films from different cultures. At the same time, the aim of the society is to provide somewhere for students to relax and enjoy themselves. The society will also provide an avenue for the expression of the member's mutual passion for cinema, as well as providing opportunities to exchange ideas.
