Our next Screning is on Friday 24th October at 7.45 pm (Doors open at 7.00pm) when we’ll be showing “White Bird, A Wonder Story” starring Helen Mirren, Bryce Geiser and Gillian Anderson.

In the film Helen Mirren recounts her past as a young Jewish girl in Occupied France during the second World War to her grandson Julian.

The film critic Keith Garlington said of White Bird: "(It) navigates its solemn subjects with an open-hearted optimism, incisively exploring its themes of kindness, cruelty, forgiveness, and sacrifice. The film doesn't say anything especially new, but it head-on confronts the cycles of hatred that have long plagued humanity. It leads to a powerful and forever relevant message that is enriched by top-to-bottom terrific performances and a director who never takes his finger off the human pulse”.

Our November Screening will be on Friday 28th November @ 7.45pm (doors open @7.00 pm) when we'll be showing "The Last Showgirl" starring Pamela Anderson, the critics loved this film, with many saying that Pamela Anderson gave one of the ten best performances of the year.

Shelly Gardner is a 57-year-old showgirl who has performed for three decades in Le Razzle Dazzle, a classic French-style r***e on the Las Vegas Strip. Due to falling ticket sales it's decided to close Le Razzle Dazzle and reopen the venue as a neo burlesque circus with much younger performers.

Tickets for both screenings are priced at £5.00 (£4.00 over 60’s) plus a small booking fee and are available here
