Back in April we photographed a few of our Made to Measure customers wearing their new frames. We chatted about what having glasses that are the correct size and fit means to them. 🤓 ❤️ 🤓
Its days like these that make me and Matt realise why we work so hard trying to solve fitting problems that so many of us have. Rememer though its not our faces that are the problem its the industry as a whole. Mass production in one size only! its just not good enough.

It never fails to make me smile. Another perfectly fitting Made 2 Measure frame sold to a happy customer. We have such ambition to change the expectations of all optical customers. Why shouldn’t glasses be made to fit you? What other apparel item can you find that only comes in one size!!!! It’s crazy. Every time we dispense another frame one more person gets there perfect fit. Are we obsessed 🤩 yes!! From small acorns grow big trees 🌳 and with slow fashion more chance those lil trees can grow xx Happy Monday everyone. Our new shop is now open everyday of the week

Leaving Netil has been an emotional journey for us. When we first built the shop back in 2014, we had a vision: to design and craft our own glasses right here in London. And today, that's exactly what we do!

Our in-house brand, the HOUSE of SPECTACLES specializes in Made to Measure and fully bespoke glasses. We have been continuously refining our techniques and perfecting the art of spectacle-making. Our customers have been a huge part of this journey, with many returning every few years.

One customer, Henry, has been a true style muse for us. His authentic Eastender sense of style and larger than life character makes him a dream client to collaborate with. You can really see how our designs and craftsmanship have evolved over the years. Henry has been with us for 7 years and is now on his fourth pair of bespoke spectacles.

Henry chooses bespoke glasses for two reasons: a style that truly reflects him and, like many of us, requiring a fit that mainstream, mass-produced glasses just can't offer.
