About

Some Dark Hollow is a new folk music night in East London. We’re going to meet monthly and we’re hoping to have a combination of songs, tunes and a general sharing of music and having a good time.

We anticipate the evening will feature bits of sing around (like a folk club) and other bits will have some session tunes and maybe even some dancing.

I expect it’ll be mostly old time and bluegrass but if you’ve got a song or a tune you’d like to sing or play come down and share it with us. All styles of folk music and general participatory music making are welcome.

We’ll do our best to make sure everyone gets a turn but it’ll also be quiet informal.
