Zillah Bowes has been awarded the Sidney Nolan Trust Residency Prize by the Royal Geographical Society in recognition of her film Here Now There Then. The two-channel film was made using analogue photographs animated by frame variation, and explores traumatic memory and the healing effect of proximity to a river. The project was developed through an exchange programme organised by FLAMIN, g39 and videotage Hong Kong.

FLAMIN Animator Jasmine Hewitt will be presenting comics at the 5th edition of the annual South London Comic Fair. The event showcases small press zines, comics, graphic novels and picture books from established publishers and first-time tablers alike, alongside talks, panels, a communal drawing table and a first-timers' room hosted by WIP Comics. Hewitt is currently developing a new film with FLAMIN Animations, which will be completed later in 2026.
