Kung Fu Hustle:
Set in 1940s Canton, a hapless, small-time con artist named Sing attempts to scam the residents of Pigsty Alley—a run-down slum too impoverished for the local mafia to care about. His bumbling extortion attempt accidentally triggers a massive turf war between the ruthless, tuxedo-wearing Axe Gang and the slum's eccentric, low-income tenants. Unbeknownst to the gangsters, this decaying housing complex is actually populated by legendary, retired kung fu masters living in hiding. As the violence escalates, Sing is caught in the crossfire of an explosive battle that forces him to discover his own destiny.

*Notice*
Gaming Cancellation Our screening of in partnership with the Genesis Cinema will no longer have the gaming section of event as advertised as the cinema has suddenly informed us that they messed up and double-booked the bar area and now need to honour a missed previous agreement.

We are obviously not very happy..Anyway the branded screening in partnership with the Genesis Cinema still goes ahead in the big screen (screen 1) Saturday 17th October , 8.50pm.

Feel free to dress up and engage in some Cosplay if you are a Street Fighter fan (we are encouraging all to join in & have fun celebrating this new release 😉).

Most fans don't realize SHAOLIN SOCCER was the final time Stephen Chow and Ng Man-Tat shared the screen together 💔

Their planned reunion for KUNG FU HUSTLE never happened, ending one of the greatest 20+ year comedic partnerships in film history.

👉 Which of their classic films introduced you to this legendary duo? Let's see who remembers their earliest 90s hits! 👇
