Morning coffee overlooking the beach, sea swims before lunch, long afternoons drifting between the sand, shops and restaurants, then heading back up to Pentire as the sun starts dropping into the Atlantic.

It’s one of those places that makes group getaways feel easy. Everything within walking distance, plenty of space to spend time together, and some of the best views in Newquay waiting back at the penthouse, especially from the hot tub.

With early summer arriving properly now, it’s a lovely time to get everyone together by the coast.

After decades away, choughs have returned to Tintagel Castle. A small but meaningful wildlife success story along one of the most dramatic stretches of the Cornish coast.

Tintagel has always been worth the trip for the sea views, cliff paths and sense of history, but this feels extra special.
