The Forum Cinema is an established single screen community owned cinema located in the heart of Northumberland. We show a wide range of films, from current blockbusters to cinema classics and everything in between! A reminder that this Saturday and Sunday is National Cinema Weekend! All tickets on all our films this weekend are just £4 and we have a line-up of family favourites and new independent releases for you to choose from.

Pressure the D-Day drama starring Andrew Scott and Brendan Fraser comes to The Forum for early preview shows this coming Wednesday and Thursday before playing the full week after. We anticipate this to be a popular one, see it with us first!

A brand new season of Exhibition on Screen comes to The Forum, turning their focus first to James McNeill Whistler.

Boldly experimental and famously witty and irascible, Whistler disrupted the strict conventions of Victorian society in pursuit of a new cult of beauty, creating “art for art’s sake” and earning himself a place in the history of great art.

See this visually spectacular artist on the big screen and appreciate the influence he has had on those who followed. Exhibition on Screen continues through to 2027 with looks at Pierre-Auguste Renoir and Claude Monet.

It’s your very last chance to catch The Odyssey, Spider-Man: Brand New Day and The Summer Book with us - these have been hugely popular over the summer and we’d hate for you to miss out on a Forum favourite.

Also this week; the Oscar-winning triumph All the President’s Men plays for our Wayback Wednesday series, which is taking a short break before returning with more 50th anniversary screenings later this year.

The timeless coming of age tale from Studio Ghibli, Kiki’s Delivery Service plays across the weekend (all shows in the English language.)

And our new film this week is the 1980’s set suburban dino-survival thriller, The End of Oak Street starring Anne Hathaway and Ewan McGregor, playing each day with £3 tickets for our 16-25 members.
