The Forum Cinema is an established single screen community owned cinema located in the heart of Northumberland. We show a wide range of films, from current blockbusters to cinema classics and everything in between! A new film from the National Emergency Briefing - a public information initiative to ensure the UK is fully briefed on the climate and nature crisis featuring Chris Packham, leading scientists, a former general and Jennifer Saunders - all being far too frank about where things are heading and what can be done about it.

The blistering Welsh language drama, Effi O Blaenau plays at The Forum one night only, Wednesday 15th July with ticket discounts for our members.

Adapted from the one-woman play Iphigenia in Splott, the film transforms the doomed Iphigenia of Greek tragedy into a working-class Welsh woman surviving in the slate quarry town of Blaenau Ffestiniog, a forgotten corner of Snowdonia.
