Well we must NEVER keep our Eyes off our Historic Buildings!!
Someone thought it was a good idea to bring the House Down by lighting the little remaining Grade ll listed window frames.
Pity they didn't slip off 3floors on the slippy scaffolding Boards. Closed Church Street and tied up 3 Fire Engines. Oh and a Policeman.
Thanks to all who attended in sutch bad weather.

A group of 27 investors has bought the 82-apartment scheme on Mather Road in Eccles for £1.1m following the collapse of the previous developer Lyceum Manchester, a vehicle owned by Goodwin’s Construction Services Group, which is in administration.

Its slow progress on the Eccles LYCEUM (Crown Theatre, Eccles) Site.
Personally we think they are being a 'lot' Greedy with the Pavement Grab on Church Street nr the Pedestrian Crossing! Thats One wide Barrier?
Great for stopping Cars, Vans & Trucks.
Bit of an 'Overkill' for Old n Disabled. Wheelchairs users. Mother's with Babys in prams.

Well the work has began!
A more secure Perimiter Fence Has gone up by the New Owners and Developers "Goodwin Construction Group" based in Cheadle.
If anyone has any concerns about safety of persons seen entering the building.

Also any activity you feel is disturbing beyond Conciderate Construction Guidelines which we were told Goodwins sign up to.

However, driving a flat bed Truck the wrong way up Mather Road on Numerous Occasions from the Junction of the A57 Church Street is less than Concidarate.

Well Forgate David Monks and Co have managed to sell to an actual Builder......... .

Goodwin Property Holdings has launched sales on The Lyceum, its redevelopment of the former Crown Theatre in Eccles into 82 apartments.
