๐Ÿ“ฝ๏ธ๐ŸŒŸ One of this year's special preview screenings delivers a surreal, off-beat comedy that has been described by The Guardian as "Saltburn on shrooms" ๐Ÿ˜ตโ€๐Ÿ’ซ

'Lady' is the feature debut from writer/director Samuel Abraham that follows a lonely, narcissistic aristocrat ('Fleabag's' Sian Clifford) who dupes a struggling, opportunistic director into filming her every move. But her obsession with the spotlight takes a surreal turn when she begins to lose her sense of self.

๐Ÿ’™๐ŸŽฌ Our 2026 film programme opens with a contemporary meditation on love, commitment and faith ๐Ÿ’

'Midwinter Break' stars Lesley Manville and Ciarรกn Hinds as a long-married couple from Belfast โ€” now living in Glasgow โ€” that take a life-changing trip to Amsterdam, causing them both to reflect on their life together and the mysterious tragedy that forced them to leave Belfast years before.

Adapted from BAFTA-nominated writer Bernard MacLavertyโ€™s acclaimed novel, the film creates an arrangement of internal meditation, comfortable chatter, shared moments, and ineffable loneliness.
