Grindfest through a different lens…

This year’s collaboration with Arts University Bournemouth has been all about showcasing students’ work and seeing Arrow Video Presents Grindfest through their eyes.

We love how AUB student Leo Speno captured some of the magic of Over Under 3D on 35mm — right down to the Grindfest crew collecting the 3D glasses after the screening. A little behind-the-scenes moment that’s all part of the experience.

Huge thanks to Leo and all the students at Arts University Bournemouth for being part of it!

We’re delighted to showcase the photography of Abigail Corpuz- Gehevan one of our Arts University Bournemouth students who captured these brilliant images from Arrow Video Presents Grindfest.

We particularly love the way Abigail has captured the Grindfest Memory Wall — a record of the memories, stories and experiences that audiences bring with them to these films.

The Memory Wall is part of the research led by Dr Kate Egan and the Horror Research Group, exploring audiences’ memories of seeing horror and cult films for the first time. Grindfest audiences were invited to share their memories of these films — and there were some pretty awesome stories!
