البرنامج الرئيسي للمهرجان هو المنافسة الدولية. وتعرض خمسين فيلما من أقل من 3 دقائق (باستثناء عنوان والائتمانات) الذي يمثل أفضل وخاصة أقصر من سنة الإنتاج السمعي البصري العالمي كل عام. Fifty films of less than 3 minutes (excluding title and credits) representing the best and especially the shorter of the global audiovisual production year are presented each year.
