في ريف أوكلاهوما، يدير أمزايا كينج أكبر مشروع لإنتاج العسل في المنطقة، ويقود فرقة موسيقى «بلوجراس» مع أصدقائه. وحين تعود ابنته بالتبني بعد سنوات من الغياب، يحاول أن يعيد بناء العلاقة بينهما ويضمّها إلى عمل العائلة، لكن منافسيه في تجارة العسل يهددون كل ما بناه.
