With the growing youth cultural movements in Alexandria, the need for youth non-profit cinema clubs is raising for its importance as it spreads the healthy, good, and different types of cinematic cultures away from the commercial movies. It is also noticed that cinema clubs in Egypt and the Arab world in general are few, especially those organized by young people away from the official institution

s . And that is where the idea of Cinematics came form, with monthly reviewing international films, and the establishment of cinema workshops in many fields , a new generation of talented directors, critics, lighting and sound technicians, and editers will be helped freely. The films are selected with an international specific rating system determined by the teamwork of the project, the films are being viewed by the club members and guests in a free education framework in the first place with no commercial purposes. Cinematics will also provide the chance for independent movies to find its audiences. Every Thursday we will have a different theme to discuss until we start our club officially.
