In 2005, founders Kasper Henriksen & Mikkel Kristensen thought something was missing in the Copenhagen nightlife, and started what was become the infamous POP parties. By 2007, they had become so inspired by the energy at the parties, that they decided to create a collection inspired by, and designed for, their guests, founding the brand POPcph. HISTORY

een hosting parties where fashion meets clubbing, underground meets pop culture, designers & models meet common people and cool kids meet old rock & rollers, in everything from designer shops & restaurants to cinemas, hotels & raw industrial buildings. During the Copenhagen Fashion Week in August 2008, with a party at the National Museum, POPcph launched its first collection for men & women - inspired by these and all tomorrow's parties. POPcph BECOMES POP COPENHAGEN
In 2017, 10 years after the clothing company POPcph was established, POPcph is relaunched as POP COPENHAGEN, with the legacy and with the party at heart - designed by the mantra ‘Born in the night'. The collection is now sold in about 100 boutiques, concept stores & department stores across Europe, and in POP COPENHAGEN'S own mono brand store and headquarters POP STUDIO, in the heart of Copenhagen.

The inspiration is drawn from the founders' own involvement in the club scene as well as the catwalks and high streets. The line is now carried in many of the leading boutiques, concept stores & department stores across across the world, with POP's own flagship store and headquarters 'POP Studio' located in the heart of Copenhagen.
