První ročník konference má za cíl společně naplánovat Brno, ve kterém budeme snadněji a rychleji cestovat a v němž najdeme zaměstnání, služby i společenské vyžití nejen v centru, ale v každé brněnské čtvrti.

Could we possibly make the life in Brno better? Do we have a say in its future development? And shouldn't we get inspired by examples of good practice from abroad? Let's design a Plan For Brno together. Let's make it clear that we care about the city we live in, and we want to seriously discuss its urban development - with the political representatives, local authorities and developers. Let's meet on the 26 and 27 September in Kino Scala. Nineteen experts from seven countries will share with us their recipes for designing a realistic plan for a better city life. Our goal is to draft a plan for Brno of short distances - a city where anyone can fast and easily reach his or her destination and where anyone can find a job and services or enjoy social and cultural activities not only in the centre but in every city district.
