I am Kadiatu Kamara a passionate Filmmaker. I am a Sierra Leonean. I was born in Freetown, attended Bathurst Infant School, Samaria Primary School (SPS) Bishop Johnson Memorial Secondary School (BJMS)l and Freetown Secondary School for Girls (FSSG). I continued my educational career at the Freetown Teachers College (FTC), Milton Margai College of Education and Technology (MMCET), Institute of Public Administration (IPAM) and University of Makeni (Unimak).
My primary education was from 1975 /76 - 1981/82
Secondary education was 1982/83 - 1987/88
My higher academic achievements were acquired as follows

Degree of Bachelor of Education (B.ed)in Measurement and Education 2006

Masters in Sustainable Development 2016
All throughout my schooling i was involved in school drama activities and sports.
I had a teaching experience of 18 years at Primary level and 2 years at secondary simultaneous within the period at primary
However after my teaching career i was fortunate to gain a new employment with the National Social Security and insurance Trust (NASSIT) in 2011 posted at Makeni.
At Makeni i became attracted to drama and artist. I stated writing poetry, story telling, singing songs both worldly and Islamic and then finally settled as a filmmaker. I sang advocating songs on awareness of electioneering and value of water. Did not forge ahead with the music career. I produced singles;

I also produce an Islamic album of about 8 sound tracks titled "Be a Muslim".
To my movie world; i joined the movie train in 2016 as an actress, played the role of a Stepmother with Spectrum film production that was never out.
I rolled in other unproduced movies that i can't even remember there titles.
