Harrison Arts Production & Design has been working with the Vancouver Film Industry and Private clients for near 20years. Way back on bucketheads inthe year 2000, during covid. I replicated these in canvas, then bought a destroyed same model of fight cap off a friend who sells/collects vintage military gear ( thank you Michael Stiffon ) then made a cast of them, and made rubber replicas of the "donut " .we the placed them in the hard cast "donut helmet" made by the ever talented Terry Chui .
All this process was difficult in the middle of covid with a limited budget 😉

Various blasters, and Blaster rifles either 3D printed, or just scratch built for Bucketheads - A Star Wars Story that we slammed together, in traditional Star Wars prop building. A somewhat recognizable pistol or rifle .. with a pile of junk connected to or disfiguring it.

More Peter Pan and Wendy, I had to make the sword hangers/ baldricks, for a lot of the stunt actors and background actors. When the guy in charge of it first asked me to do a couple, he asked me how many of the stunt actors I knew. Turns out most of them, so I ended up making most of the baldricks for most of the stunt actors, and tried to personalize them as best I could. A couple of the stunt actors were stunt doubles from Arrow and even Shazam. So I may or I may not of actually hidden a couple of symbols in their baldricks that nobody would see but they would know.
