As most of you are experiencing, we're in that weird in-between time between Christmas and New Years!
We're easing back in and will be fully back in action as of Jan 7th for hardware, remote supports, etc.
Subscription renewals will be done once a day until then. As usual, don't wait till the last minute to renew.
