Robert Bellissimo (ACTRA/CAEA) is a graduate of George Brown Theatre School's certificate program and also graduated from "The New School of Drama's" two-year diploma program. His training in acting and teaching has mainly been specializing in the techniques created by Sanford Meisner. Robert Bellissimo has been coaching actors since 2010. ning as an actor, and as Robert described his experience this aspiring actor asked him to give him some private lessons. It began there. Robert has appeared in numerous plays, short films, feature films, on television, music videos, corporate ads and various docudramas in Toronto, Canada, London, England and in New York City. Most recent credits include, "Private Eyes" with Jason Priestley, "Moose On The Loose" at Magnus Theatre and as Toula's (Nia Vardolis) nephew in "My Big Fat Greek Wedding 2". Robert also played Bradley, a cadet in the short film "Mariner", which was in The 2016 Toronto International Film Festival and has been named one of the top 10 best short films of 2016 by TIFF. He has also appeared in commercials for Rogers, Ontario Tourism, Nissan (which ran for the entire summer of 2014 on cp24) and was featured in a commercial for The Niagara Wine Trail, which aired across the United States on the Food Network, AMC, Bravo and many other networks. Robert has also been featured in many music videos from notable recording artists such as French Montana and Broken Social Scene's front man Kevin Drew. In October of 2014 Robert was cast in a recreation of a scene from the 2001 film "Crazy/Beautiful", starring Kirsten Dunst. This was for Hollywood DOP Shane Hurlbut's ("Terminator: Salvation"," Need For Speed", "We Are Marshall") 26 city North American cinematography tour entitled, "The Illumination Experience Cinematography Tour".
