This event marks the official public launch of the Council of Ontario Universities’ AI Task Force report, offering early access to its findings and a cross‑sector debate on what must be done now to compete at speed.

Golf has long been a cornerstone of Canadian communities — connecting people, supporting tourism, and creating space for relationships that extend far beyond the course. This June, the Empire Club is bringing those connections together in support of something bigger.
 
On Tuesday, June 2, 2026, join us at the iconic Glen Abbey Golf Club for the Inaugural Empire Club Golf Tournament, a half‑day experience uniting golf, leadership, and purpose in support of the Empire Club Foundation.
 
This scramble‑format tournament will feature a keynote and special participation from Bob Weeks, Senior Reporter and Golf Analyst at TSN, alongside meaningful networking with business, public policy, and community leaders — all while advancing opportunities for Canada’s next generation.
 
Net proceeds from the tournament will support the Empire Club Foundation, which empowers students and emerging leaders through scholarships, mentorship, and access to the national conversations that shape Canada’s future.
