Our Story

In Cooper’s Crossing you’ll find a vibrant neighborhood which features homes rich in character with unique streetscapes, surrounded by lush parks and a network of pathways that connect every corner of the community.

Located within walking distance to shops in the Coopers Town Promenade and six schools, from kindergarten to Grade 12 in both the public and separate systems, Cooper’s has it all. Cooper’s Town Promenade opened in 2017, and today offers area residents access to the everyday conveniences of national brands such as Save-On-Foods, Shoppers Drug Mart and McDonalds, as well as local businesses such as the Balzac Craft Brewing Company, Seven Saints Boutique, Little Treasures Day Care and Cooper’s Dental.

In Cooper’s Crossing, the sense of community comradery is alive and well. In Cooper’s Crossing, you know your neighbour. The Cooper’s Crossing Residents’ Association is active and hosts events annually, including the ever-popular Movie in the Park and the Trails of Light Christmas Light competition.
