At ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ:๐ŸŽ๐ŸŽ, Shhh closes with a sensory dive, screening ๐˜ž๐˜ฐ๐˜ฏ๐˜ฅ๐˜ฆ๐˜ณ๐˜ด ๐˜ฐ๐˜ง ๐˜ต๐˜ฉ๐˜ฆ ๐˜š๐˜ฆ๐˜ข by John Ernest Williamson โ€“ one of the earliest feature-length films to have been shot largely underwater. Experimental sound artist Giulia Rae will provide a live soundtrack, creating a tactile sonic environment traveling to the depths of diving expeditions and sunken shipwrecks.

Food, snacks and drinks are available at the bar of O.666 during the festival (opening at 16:00 on Friday 18 September).

We are accessible by public transport (a 10-minute walk from the bus stop โ€œOostende Sluispleinโ€ or the โ€œOostende Vismijnโ€ tram stop). A free ferry service (Veerdienst Oostende) runs between the city centre and Oosteroever until 20.40, weather permitting.

Complemented by live poetry of the French poet, archeologist and philologist Joรซl-Claude Meffre.

At ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ”:๐ŸŽ๐ŸŽ, Eva Giolo presents ๐˜›๐˜ฉ๐˜ฆ๐˜ณ๐˜ฆ ๐˜ˆ๐˜ณ๐˜ฆ ๐˜›๐˜ช๐˜ฅ๐˜ฆ๐˜ด ๐˜ช๐˜ฏ ๐˜ต๐˜ฉ๐˜ฆ ๐˜‰๐˜ฐ๐˜ฅ๐˜บ, in which she approaches landscape, observation and choreography in her own films, while entering a dialogue with other works across time and space.
