Why is the CWA State Creative Arts Exhibition so special? 💙
For 91 years, the CWA of Victoria State Creative Arts Exhibition has celebrated the incredible creativity, skill and dedication of members from across the state.
What began as a way to showcase and encourage traditional home industries has grown into one of Victoria’s longest-running creative arts exhibitions.
Each year, members enter their finest work. From intricate embroidery, quilting, knitting and crochet to photography, art, preserves, baking, confectionery and so much more, every exhibit reflects hours of patience, craftsmanship and pride.
This year, we’re especially excited because Geelong has the honour of hosting the 91st exhibition. Over two days, Geelong West Town Hall will be transformed into a spectacular display of more than 200 sections of creative arts and home industries, showcasing the remarkable talents of CWA members from every corner of Victoria.
Whether you’re a lifelong crafter, appreciate handmade excellence, or are simply curious to see what the CWA is all about, we invite you to come along and experience this wonderful tradition for yourself.
