Olivine W**e Bar’s weekly dining specials show us the classics done well and make the weeknights feel like the weekend.🍸✨

Tuesdays – Tapas Night: Three selected dishes with a glass of spritz, house w**e or b**r for $35. Additional dishes $8 each. The menu includes freshly shucked oysters, Jamón Serrano, fried chicken bites, crispy Brussels sprouts, warm olives and more.

Wednesday – Steak Night. Grilled flank steak served with chimichurri, rocket and parmesan salad, fries, and a glass of red or white w**e for $38 per person.

Thursday – Oyster Night. Fresh oysters at $3.50 each, all night. Add Yarra Valley salmon roe for $1.50 per oyster. Sparkling w**e is $10 per glass throughout the evening.
