Trail running from Corniglia to the top of monte le croci. The trails near the top could use some maintenance but it was a fun one all the same. Trailrunning through vineyards was definitely the highlght. I topped out and headed home. Wicked little suffer fest. I saw nobody for at least an hour. On the way back the trail became dense shrubs and forest and I spilled out onto a road way looking like a lost dishevelled shell of a man. Always fun to navigate back to society.
