We are very happy that Az Zeeb continues to open spaces for encounter and dialogue, and this time, to have its UK premiere at the 70th edition of the BFI London Film Festival. 🇬🇧🎬

Desde Compañía de Cine estamos profundamente felices y comprometidas con AZ ZEEB, una película que, a partir de un archivo personal, aborda uno de los temas más complejos y actuales de nuestra historia. Una obra de gran fuerza visual, con una plasticidad hipnótica y pertinente.

Sinopsis
Rafael, un cineasta chileno de ascendencia judío-palestina, descubre los rollos de Super 8 y cuadernos de su familia tras la muerte de su abuela, lo que lo lleva desde Chile hasta Israel y Palestina mientras reconstruye dos historias entrelazadas marcadas por el exilio, la memoria, el desplazamiento y la creación de un nuevo archivo.

Following ten years of research, we are pleased to announce the world premiere of The Way You See Me (Como tú me ves) , selected for the INTERNATIONAL FIRST FEATURE section at Sheffield DocFest .
An intimate story about the construction of identity and the consequences of challenging gender norms within Mexico’s conservative upper-middle-class society.
