Although I provide Audio and Video solutions, the name "Hat Trick Home Theater" is based on my love for hockey. You may be asking yourself, "Ya John, I get Audio and Video, but what's the 3rd part of the Hat Trick?"
Well, you are. I've been doing great things with audio and video for many years, but one of the things I look back on with the most enjoyment is how great the people are whom I've bee
n serving. Sure I could've made the 3rd part of Hat Trick either networking or control, but in my opinion those should be a given part of great audio and video. Without them, you are not going to be experiencing anything great. So it makes sense that the final goal of the Hat Trick, the most critical component of the equation, is you. To me, customers walk into stores, buy something and leave. Clients are people with whom businesses foster lasting relationships. I do not provide cookie-cutter solutions like the big box stores do, nor do I try to sell you anything you don't need or want. I care a great deal about customizing a solution specifically for you. I'm an authorized dealer for hundreds of brands and I love the products I deal with.
