Exciting day for me today! I received my Loon bottom parts from Daniel Kuffel, a lot faster than I expected might I add! As soon as I got them I rushed to install them.

The install is easy on its own, but I had to get the gunky remains of the original out of the nooks and crannies, which was pretty gross. I had no idea they really do disintegrate. Mine originally just came upset in big chunks.

Anyways, here are some photos. I went with blue because that’s sort of my theme colour, but he offers a number of colours.

I will also add that these are extremely reasonably priced. I was looking into having these made with a mold at a plastics factory and the price would have probably be at least three times the cost and I’d have a huge minimum order.

A couple of hot days in the sun this week. Glad I got to work with such great crew and on-camera folks. Every shoot is an adventure.
