As a fan of all things creative, I thrive on designing, making, modeling and problem solving. For those unfamiliar with my work I produce quality models that are meticulous and accurate. Depending on the complexity of the design, it can take up to a week to finish a detailed model. The models that I produce range from practical everyday use items to replica movie props. I am passionate about produ

cing awesome models from movies, TV, comics, books and games. Favourite fandoms include Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, Marvel, DC, James Bond, LEGO and Indiana Jones. I have produced many 3D replicas of props and have put these models up for sale on Shapeways where fellow devoted fans can purchase them and indulge in the joy that these one of a kind models can bring.

I’m officially back publishing new designs! To kick it off, a custom design for the new Gen 2 M12 Stubby Impact!

My design has dedicated custom storage for the full 3/8 Shockwave Socket set (Metric & SAE). I even designed in a huge hidden storage area for all your extra bits and extensions. Simply lift up the tray holding the Standard Sockets to access them.

Support for the rubber protective boot is also included. Simply pick from two file sets depending on if you use the boot or not. Every Socket slot has its own label in the bottom of the hole and on the top. And of course, support for storing the tool with a wide array of different M12 Batteries inserted.

Nautilus arrives this Friday. I worked on this as a Prop Maker for a year and half along with all the very talented folks in the Props Manufacture Department.

One of the major builds we undertook were the Dive Suit Helmets and Air Tanks. We got to build a vast array of these for the show’s “underwater” sequences. As always, it’s a massive team effort from an entire department for builds such as these and I’m excited I was able to be involved with that.

“Based on Jules Verne’s 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, this action adventure series will tell the origin story of Captain Nemo.”

We finally have a Trailer for Nautilus! I worked on this as a Prop Maker for a year and half along with all the very talented folks in the Props Manufacture Department.

We built some awesome stuff for this, like fully kitting out the submarines control room (periscope, wheel and all the controls). Looking forward to being able to watch it soon!

My custom design ensures efficient use of space. By having the tools "stack" it allows for fitting them into a far more compact space. Additional storage trays are also provided underneath the Impact Driver. Files for an optional drop in storage tray are also included for further storage.

This is part of my “Slimline” range of modular inserts for the Packout Drawers. Slimline is dedicated to storing your more compact M12 and M18 tools. It splits the drawers into thirds rather than halves, allowing for far more efficient storage of more compact tools.

I provide files for placing your insert in either the left, middle or right side for maximum efficiency. I’ll have many more Slimline designs coming soon so you can mix and match! They also are compatible in both the 2 and 3 drawer Packout unit drawers.

Now you can finally combine your gear! If you run Milwaukee tools but have Festool for your Vac like me, It's frustrating not being able to store your gear on top. My design now fixes this and with ZERO need to permanently modify anything. The print is designed to use the existing Systainer T-Lock and latches to be secured. Then simply bolt the Packout Compact Packout Mounting plate on top of the print and you’re all set!

Also featuring open front access allowing for storing/retrieving your hose without the need to remove any of your stacked boxes.

This introduces my new line of designs, custom designed tool mods! This is just the first of many tool mods I have currently in the prototype phase. Packout Inserts will still continue! I’ll just have some awesome tool mods sprinkled in between.

I’ve just published upgraded files for my M12 Stapler design! This was originally one of my very first Packout designs. In the time since then, I’ve developed more accurate inserts that meet flush to the inside of the Packout Lid when closed.

I’ve now revised the design for the M12 Stapler to now incorporate those new design elements! Now you can rest easy knowing your staples won’t be wanting to jump over storage dividers when in transit. The new STL files are available for free to all that that have bought the design via Gumroad already. Simply jump onto Gumroad, and download the files labelled as “V3.0.”

Additionally, if you don’t want to reprint the full insert, I have included STL files for just the upgraded section on its own. This way you can simply 3D print that section and super glue it to your existing print.

I’ve just published upgraded files for my Dremel 8220 design! I’ve completely overhauled the removable tray to match newer designs I developed for my most recent Dremel inserts.

It now features integrated bit storage right next to the tool for your favourite Dremel bits. It also now has far superior grips/handles for lifting out the tray to access the storage underneath and my new stronger joint design for those printing the pre-split files.

These new STL files are available for free to all that that have bought the design via Gumroad already. Simply jump onto Gumroad, and download the files labelled as “V2.0.”

I’ve just published upgraded files for my M12 Stubby 3/8 Impact design! I’ve been thinking about the pre-split parts for printing the drop in tray that holds the “shallow” sockets and wanted to provide an even stronger joint between the halves. These split files provided for those with smaller printers that may not be able to print it all in one part with the “single piece” files.

My design now includes 3 countersunk holes. These screws combined with the interlocking prints and super glue will help provide you a far stronger joint and overall part. I’ve also overhauled the 3D mesh geometry now so it will work perfectly across all slicers.

These new STL files are available for free to all that that have bought the design via Gumroad already. Simply jump onto Gumroad, and download the files labelled as “V5.0” for the pre-split tray.

The hole diameter is 3mm and the max diameter of the countersunk head is 9.5mm. You can also increase the infill or the number of walls in your print to provide even more strength.

More brand new designs coming soon folks! Rest assured though, even if a design has been published, I’m always thinking of ways to improve them further.
