I usually just kind of guess how long things take me to make and I’m realizing my estimates have been WILDLY off 😂

I started working on 10 more cannabis plants this week, 5 one foot tall and 5 two foot tall. For funsies I decided to actually ‘clock in’ every time I sat down to work. Oooooh boy…

As of this morning, I put in 45 hours just to cut and wire 120 leaves in 5 different size sets… WOOF! Channeling my inner Britney because you better work bitch 😂

Crepe paper cannabis has been on my dream ‘make it’ list from day 1 and I FINALLY have a reason to make it!

I’m super stoked with how they came out since I’ve never made them and winged it by making up the pattern as I went. Leaf templates were made from botanical study books and the nugs were a layered and adapted fringe technique that I modified from the moss I made previously. Had fun researching strains and picking colors

The reason I finally made them? I’ll be selling my stuff at Sanctuary Medicinals in Woburn MA the weekend of April 20th! These guys, along with over 100 other potted plants will be up for grabs, so come say ‘high’ 😂

My health has forbade me from doing anything involving standing up or moving, so let’s play a game…

Guess the new flower I’m working on! It’s been on my list for ages but has some intimidating anatomy, so I’ve been putting it off. BUT it’s one of my absolute favorite flowers ever. Fun fact: every part of this plant is poisonous if eaten but it’s historically been used as topical pain killer.

I’ve finally got my crafting groove back and I’ve been making a crazy amount of smaller format potted plants… like 75 in 3 weeks lol. In taking good pics this week, so watch for updates!
