Happy Thanksgiving 🦃 ♥️🍁 from our impastraw family to yours! Here’s our favorite Mac n cheese 🧀 recipe made with impastraws of course 🤤

~ impastraw Mac N Cheese ~
50 impastraw pasta straws
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup whole milk
1 cup half and half
2 cups medium sharp cheddar cheese
2 cups gruyere cheese
Truffle oil (optional)
Salt 🧂 & pepper to taste

1. Boil your impastraws 1 minute until al dente.
2. In a medium pan, melt the butter and slowly whisk in the flour. Continue whisking while adding the milk and half and half. Fold in the cheese leaving just enough for a cheesy layer as a topping.
3. Remove sauce from heat. Drain the pasta. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cheese sauce with the impastraws.
4. Pour the mixed pasta in baking dish. Season salt and pepper. Sprinkle the top with leftover cheese and drizzle truffle oil on the top.
5. Bake the Mac n cheese for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool and serve 😊️
