I got a comment suggesting that I read more to the kids. I do read to them sometimes, but they’re not always very interested. If you have any children’s books that really keep little ones engaged, please recommend some for me.

Motherhood means constantly adjusting and finding a balance. 🤍 I’m trying to stay active and take care of myself while still being present for my kids, even if that means stopping in the middle of a workout when they need me. It may not always be perfect, but I’m learning to make both motherhood and fitness work together.
