This beautiful modern/contemporary home has been loved for 15 years by it's original owners. One of their favorite activities over the years has been to sit on one of the three decks or the covered patio and listen to the soothing sounds of Hobble Creek. It's the perfect escape at the end of a busy day or during a relaxing weekend. The home was designed to be a place for gatherings inside and out
with family and friends. Entertaining on the main level is a breeze with the open design and flow from kitchen, to dining room to great room. Many concerts, meetings, family conversations have been held in the Great Room which has incredible views of the tree-lined creek! The Great Room can easily seat 50+ people and has outstanding acoustics for musical concerts or performances. A lot of our gathering memories took place in the basement's multipurpose room where movies were shown and games were played. Were excited for another family to enjoy the many benefits that we've enjoyed over the years in this great home and to create wonderful memories with family, friends, and neighbors.
