When Tom Celani first saw the Tuscan styled villa and the rolling landscape planted to vines, he fell in love with it— so much so that he decided not to tell his wife about his decision to purchase the property for fear she would say no. What a surprise she had in June of 2005 when a realtor told Vicki Celani that she was going to “love living here.”
