Erica was absolutely amazing! Made us feel !00% comfortable with our decision. She was extremely patient, encouraging and played the devils advocate. My wife and I were getting ready to buy our first home together, though each of us had purchased a home individually in the past. We both had bad experiences with our agents in the past so we were determined to make the right decision this time around. We started with three referrals and interviewed each of them with a long list of questions we pulled off the internet. All three interviewed well but Erica stood out as the most confident, friendly and trustworthy so we went with her. Erica lived up to all of our expectations and exceeded many of them. She was everything we wanted in an agent: (1) Flexible with her schedule (2) Patient (3) Fun to work with (4) Honest (5) Highly effective. We ended up getting our dream home $20k below the list price and a bunch of extras like leather chairs, giant movie projector screen, and a 60 inch TV included. There were so many things that stood out about Erica, but two come to my mind immediately. She always looked out for us when we started to exceed the budget we had set for ourselves. She wanted to make sure that we weren't going to have to live on Ramen noodles for years so we could afford our dream home. Along those lines of watching out for us, she always wrote bids at prices below listing without resistance even though we had already lost out on multiple bids where houses were going above listing. We really couldn't recommend Erica more highly!
