In July of 2006, Cleveland Cinemas made its first foray into another state when it began operating the Southside Works Cinema in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on behalf of the Soffer Organization. The cinema, located in the trendy lifestyle center, The Southside Works, is a ten-screen all stadium theater. Voted by Pitt News & City Paper readers the Best Movie Theater in Pittsburgh in 2006, 2007 and 2008, Southside Works Cinema shows a mixture of mainstream Hollywood, independent and foreign films. In the spring of 2009 a state-of-the-art 3D digital cinema projection system was installed in the auditorium 7 at Southside Works Cinema.

An Update on COVID-19 and Souhtside Works Cinemas & Cleveland Cinemas:

Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone affected by the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak across the globe.

Like many others, Cleveland Cinemas and NATO (National Association of Theaters) are monitoring the situation.

For now, all of our theaters will continue to operate normally. Should the situation change or state and local officials recommend changes in public gatherings, we will re-evaluate.

In the meantime, we want to reinforce the following information from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). There is currently no vaccine to prevent coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). The best way to prevent illness is to avoid being exposed to this virus. However, as a reminder, CDC always recommends everyday preventive actions to help prevent the spread of respiratory diseases, including:

- Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
- Stay home when you are sick.
- Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.
- Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces using a regular household cleaning spray or wipe.
- Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom; before eating; and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.
- If soap and water are not readily available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Always wash hands with soap and water if hands are visibly dirty.

Our cleaning team will be as thorough as they are able, in the daily cleaning of all theaters. It is not possible or practical to fully sanitize every seat and surface in each auditorium and common areas.

Are the showings still discounted on mondays?
I want to say thank you to Craig who cleans the movie theater. My hands are bad and I drop everything. He never looks at me funny and is always polite. More people in the world should be like him.
I bought a ticket for Toy Story 4 for Monday 24th at 11:45am if anyone would like a free ticket

I can't make it tonight. I'm in the hospital. I don't want y'all to worry. Love you all.
Went to see Jumanji today. The staff is great. I go every Monday and hope others will start also. I forgot to tell the staff that my friends will be back next Monday. Mrs. Penny loves y'all and the great love and care that y'all give me. Most people frown upon people in wheelchairs but y'all embrace me. Sometimes thanks doesn't seem good enough. My wish for anyone that reads this will go to this theatre and thank them especially if you know anyone with a disability.
Well Steelers, Pirates, Penguins, and every other Pittsburgh mascot whom I might've mistakenly excluded in this post that really isn't f**king long if you either asked me or assumed otherwise, while you're munching on your popcorn and slurping that cherry coke of yours, please for the Lord's sake, don't spill neither of them when I make this very exciting announcement that the 2017 MTV Video Music Awards Artist of the Year himself, Ed Sheeran, is making his way to the Keystone State of Pennsylvania TONIGHT!! That's exactly correct, Mr. Ed Sheeran is making a move to the Penn State, and while we're screaming out loud, he'll be "thinking out loud" about the PPG Paints Arena, the place where we await his arrival. Catch the Gingerbread Man this evening as we'll be in complete love with the shape of his face, his composure, his body, but more importantly, his singing abilities. Prepare your cameras for selfies, rehearse those vocal chords, invite your friends, bring with you both a napkin and a fan in case you become hot meeting/greeting/seeing Ed perform on stage while constantly drooling, and let's party hard and rock the house with Ed Sheeran before we purchase those "supermarket flowers" for "Nancy Mulligan" whose "castle on the hill" is glorious enough to tell her straight up that "she needs you, but you don't need her."
I wish your posts reached me better. I missed May It Last and had no idea Pearl Jam's Let's Play Two was coming
