If I could give a TED Talk on one thing, it would be this: clear and open communication is one of the biggest reasons a wax feels comfortable.
When your client knows youāve got them, knows exactly what to expect, and knows when youāre about to pull the strip, they stop anticipating the worst. Instead, they can work with you - breathing, staying relaxed, and feeling in control throughout the service.
And that changes everything.
Iām a firm believer that the best way to keep clients comfortable and coming back is by giving them a professional, uplifting, and empowering experience first. Becoming besties? That part comes naturally. š«¶š»
