rk was recently picked up by Severed Press, which now will include six books in the series. Book 1, Surrender of the Living, was published in December of 2010, with Book 2, Taking it Back in the works to be published in 2011. Book 3, Soul of a Nation, should see publication around summer of 2011, followed by Book 4, America the Dead. Joseph lives in Illinois with his wife and three sons. I've been a zombie fan for a relatively short amount of time, but in that period I have devoured (pun intended) dozens of zombie books and stories. I was so deep into the zombie apocalypse mode that I had to write down the stories and events that kept happening in my head. As these things go, they began to take a life of their own and so began the saga of White Flag of the Dead.
