It’s the same bottle of water, but the price changes depending on the location.
Remember, your value doesn’t change just because someone fails to recognize it.
The next time someone disrespects you or fails to appreciate your worth, don’t ask yourself, “What’s wrong with me?”
Instead, ask yourself, “Am I in the right place, surrounded by the right people?”
Never forget: You may be in the wrong environment, but that doesn’t mean you have lost your value.
Know your worth. Choose your environment wisely. Never let someone else’s inability to see your value make you question who you are.

IRON MAN, BROTHERHOOD, AND A STORY I’LL NEVER FORGET! ❤️🎬
My brother Ahmed Ahmed, I will never forget how we met on Iron Man (2007)!
After three days of filming, director Jon Favreau was looking for someone who spoke Afghan languages. None of the extras on set spoke the language, but someone mentioned that they knew a man who could. That man was me!
I received the call and drove all the way from Dana Point to Los Angeles. As soon as I arrived on the movie lot, I met Jon Favreau, Robert Downey Jr., and my brother Ahmed Ahmed, who played Terrorist #4. I played Omar, one of the Ten Rings members.
I got the job, and the rest is history! Today, I’m still grateful to be part of this incredible Marvel film and to continue receiving residuals from my work.
As Ahmed has said, sometimes these roles can be financially rewarding, too! I’m grateful for every opportunity, regardless of the character I play. Every experience is part of the journey.
Today, I’m proud to have been part of both the Marvel universe through Iron Man and the DC universe through Superman. Dreams Never Expire!
Ahmed, I’m so happy we shared so many scenes together. You are an incredible actor and one of the funniest comedians I know. Above all, I’m grateful for the memories, the brotherhood, and the journey we shared.

Nana Patekar and Fahim Fazli are two actors whose lives extend far beyond the movie screen. Nana Patekar trained for his film Prahaar and was reported to have spent significant time alongside Indian Army personnel during the 1999 Kargil War. Fahim Fazli was born in Kabul, Afghanistan, and witnessed his homeland suffer through decades of conflict, beginning with the Soviet invasion in 1979. After finding a new home in America, Fahim returned to Afghanistan after 9/11 to serve alongside the U.S. Marines as a combat interpreter. He later brought his life experiences to Hollywood through films including Iron Man, Argo, American Sniper, 12 Strong, and Superman.
Although their journeys are different, both men represent dedication, courage, and a passion for storytelling. Nana Patekar stood alongside Indian soldiers, while Fahim Fazli served alongside American Marines. Fahim’s journey reflects his commitment to serving both his birth country, Afghanistan, and his adopted country, the United States of America. Both men remind us that a person's greatest contributions can reach far beyond the screen."

DREAMS NEVER EXPIRE — FAHIM FAZLI ❤️🎬
At 60, I finally understand who inspired my passion for acting. My first role models were my beautiful mother and father, followed by three legendary actors: Amitabh Bachchan, Nana Patekar, and Shah Rukh Khan.
Although we come from different religious backgrounds, our neighboring countries, Afghanistan and India, share a beautiful connection.
Today, we mourn the loss of Nana Patekar, one of my greatest inspirations. My journey from Afghanistan to America, Hollywood, and Bollywood would not be the same without these incredible role models.
Never give up on your dreams. Sometimes, it takes a lifetime to discover your purpose. Dreams never expire!

“When I first came to America, people asked me, ‘Are you Muslim, Christian, Catholic, Hindu, Jewish, or Buddhist?’

I asked my friends from different religions a simple question: ‘If I took a few drops of blood from each of you and mixed them together, would I be able to tell which blood belonged to which religion?’

The truth is, I couldn’t tell the difference. Because beneath our different beliefs, cultures, and traditions, we are all human beings. Our blood is the same color, our hearts feel the same emotions, and we all deserve love, dignity, and respect.

The best religion is not about the name we carry, but the kindness we share. It is about loving one another, respecting our differences, helping those in need, and treating every human being with compassion.

As an Afghan-born American actor, I grew up watching his movies in Afghanistan. From a very young age, I dreamed that one day I would have the opportunity to work alongside him. After 55 years, I finally reached one of my childhood dreams and began my journey in Bollywood with my movie The King With Shah Rukh Khan

I only wish I had the opportunity to work with him. In my eyes, he was one of the greatest actors, and beyond his talent, I respected him as a great human being. Today, my heart goes out to his family, friends, colleagues, and everyone who loved him. We have lost a good man, a great actor, and a wonderful human being. May he rest in peace. 🙏❤️
