Mindful Monday: Let go of your past but embrace it. Use your past as a tool to fuel your future goals or what I usually say is, "forgive but don't forget." What does that mean? Forgive yourself, forgive what you have done in the past but don't forget because if you forget then you have nothing to reflect on.
