Christmas looks a little different for me this year. So much has happened in 2025 I can hardly breath. I would never have guessed I would be spending Christmas with 3 of my favorite people in the whole world, but only God knew this is exactly what I needed. It's okay to start new traditions. As long as it's with people who truly love you and make your nervous system stabilized.

The Color 💜 did not disappoint. I am not a fan of musicals, but this one was not over the top with songs just for the sake of songs. Fantasia was EXCELLENT, and I loved hearing Taraji sing. There were a few minor shifts in plot from the original that I noticed, but all the major scenes were definitely there. The theatre was not packed, I think, mainly because a lot of people went to a premiere showing before tonight. I wore purple but was very low-key. EXCELLENT dance choreography and cast. Hubby and I left afterward and went home to watch the original. He thought it was a really good movie.
